A Bit About Us

The Mission of the Northwest Women’s Law Enforcement Network (NWWLEN) is to build the future of women in law enforcement through recruiting, mentoring and professional development. We are committed to establishing relationships with schools, youth and women’s groups, business and non-profit(s) organizations, that support leadership and empowerment for women

• Provide career development, support and advancement of women currently serving in law enforcement.

• Provide Code 4 referrals and assistance for law enforcement officers and family members.

• Network and coordinate with NWWLEN members for community events.

• Participate in fundraisers, like runs, food drives, toy drives, that provide support for students and families in our communities.

• Attend neighborhood events to help build and strengthen law enforcement/community relationships.

• Actively provide education about law enforcement career opportunities to schools, organizations and businesses.
